After finishing his course with flying colors he returned to India, and in September 2011 initiated his label, “ IM ”, a unique brand for Women’s Western Wear & Fusion Saree Blouses. Exposure and experience at the world’s fashion capital - Milan, has indeed helped Indroneel to create his own distinct style.

He firmly believes that fashion is not simply confined to the rich and the slim, but for any woman who emanates confidence and grit, irrespective of her size, shape, background or profession! Indroneel does not believe in trends or set patterns, in fact his creations are a combination of simplicity and sensuality that help to highlight the woman’s personality traits! As he explores and experiments with his talent and imagination, it is gratifying for Indroneel to see his clients range from the rich and famous to the demure and average!

For about a decade or so, Adolina has been helping youngsters, homemakers, working professionals, and beauty queens of tomorrow in achieving their image goals. Managing one's image, externally or internally, is an integral part of success, especially in today's world, where image has a larger emphasis whether in person or in social media. Pinky has been associated with the fashion industry for over twenty four years, initially as a model for national and international fashion designers, fashion photographers and endorsed hundreds of products. And later as a television host for lifestyle TV shows, she has been involved in fashion choreography and styling. Teaching in various organisations and collages in grooming and confidence building, choreographing and training for various beauty pageants She is a passionate Artist Painter and Sculptor for almost a decade. Her theme has always been all about empowerment of women. She is an enthusiastic dancer having participated in many solo and group shows in India.

Rita Bhimani is an iconic figure in the profession of Corporate Public Relations in which she has spent five decades writing, speaking and teaching the subject. A Master's in Journalism from USA, she runs her own PR consultancy firm Ritam Communications. She is also a versatile columnist, a professor of Media Studies and author of five books, the first two on PR. She has conducted numerous programmes in India and other countries on core values and corporate etiquette, backed up by columns in mainline dailies.

Her documentary on Raja Rammohun Roy focuses on the great social reformer. Her sixth book Presence Perfect will see the light of day in mid 2022.

A Fashion Stylist and Blogger by profession, avid traveller by passion, and foodie by disposition, Srishti has also co-run a social media and Marketing company by the name Extra Cheese Please. An ardent supporter of the #bodypositive movement, she has learned to deal with her insecurities and so-called 'flaws' over time and really wished to inspire other women out there to do the same. She is a Major in Communicative English, topped with a diploma in Fashion Styling from London College of Style. She started out as a freelance stylist after a short stint with a fashion label.
